REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
No refunds or exchanges are accepted on personalized items. In the event of an error was made on behalf of Floating Peach Gifts, the item will be fixed or replaced. If it is unable to be fixed or remade, then Floating Peach will issue a refund.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of ordering. After the 24 hours, you’ll need to contact us to see if it possible. Here at Floating Peach Gifts, we get started right away on your order so it might not possible after the 24 hour period.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Shipping and Handling rates are based on the weight of the items ordered. All items shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking. Most orders are shipped out within a week of ordering. During peak seasons, it may be two weeks. Floating Peach Gifts will not be held liable for your package once it has been scanned at the Post Office. If there are any issues after it has scanned, you’ll need to contact them directly.
RUSH SHIPPING:
If an item is needing to be rushed, then Floating Peach Gifts needs to be notified within 24 hours of placing an order. Rush Service fees will be applied.
FONTS & PROOFS:
Floating Peach Designs will use a font that best fits the item and text. If ordering a personalized item(s) a proof will be sent for approval. You must provide Floating Peach Gifts with a valid email address for us to send the proof to. Once approved, the item will be made.
